Our advisors will visit you (free of charge) and discuss your business needs and offer an initial visit and report based on the size of your business and risk levels. Generally over 1 or 2 days a short report will be created to plan out a action plan for your development.

Project Planning
Supporting projects through, all phases of any major projects, construction, moving premises, events/exhibitions and recruitment. Advisors can support these projects to ensure they are well planned and prevent remedial actions
The Costs
- The initial free visit, follows a detailed check list that identifies the current level of compliance.
- From this checklist Acer offers a thorough survey, depending on the size and risk nature of the company.
- A report is generated, that highlights significant areas and plans out a basic action plan.
- From this action plan any further support will be agreed.
Retainers
The management regulations require companies with 5 or more employees to appoint a competent person to advise on H & S matters.
Ideally this person will be ‘internal’ to the business.
Our retainer service will support that person within the role and mentor that person where required to develop their competency.
Our retained service offers a support service over the year that includes, support via email and phone (as appropriate). A number of visits will be recommended to achieve the objectives of the annual plan.
Our prime objective is to limit the number of visits once in house competence has been established.
